Purpose:
  1. Spend time with yourself
  2. Rest your brain
  3. Be refreshed
How To:
  1. Sit down with your back, head and neck straight or lie down on your back with palms at your side.
  2. Close your mouth. Be without words.
  3. Close your eyes. Leave the visual world behind.
  4. Practice silent listening. Be aware of the sounds around you but don’t try to analyze them.
  5. Watch your thoughts silently. Coexist with thoughts, emotions, sensations and everything around you.
